My name is Steve Smith, no really. I spent 35 years as an Electrical Engineer designing missile systems, medical equipment, communications systems and WiFi systems. Most recently I designed a system for monitoring toilet water usage for large multi-tenant complexes. After years of 12 hour days at the computer only able to look at the great outdoors, my wife convinced me to start NorthWest Drains as a way to serve the local community and get outdoors with Essie, our Golden Retriever.

High pressure water jetting uses high velocity water pressure to literally blast through heavy waste blockages in sewer and drain lines. Typically restaurants and other commercial establishments require sewer jetting, due to the size of their lines and frequent usage. Grease is often the reason for such blockages.
Hydro jetting has the velocity and power to break through the toughest of blockages and scours the full diameter of the pipe. Hydro jetting is a more effective way to break through pliable obstructions such as grease; sand, pebbles, mineral deposits, and general waste build up. Where cable machines usually push through obstructions, Hydro- jetting thoroughly cleans and flushes the debris out of the drainpipe.
Short of replacing your pipes, Hydro-jetting is the most effective way to clear your pipes of blockages without causing damage to the surrounding area and infrastructures.
A high quality video inspection of your sewer and drain lines is the only way to really know what is going on. We've saved our customers thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs because we show them exactly what is going on in the underground pipes.
Many septic systems on our area are not mapped or recorded anywhere. Using high tech locating transmitters, we can locate and map out your septic system. We can even find systems buried under your driveway.
